> **Pros**: PAMC has made labour and manpower tracking very easy and comprehensive. The features and benefits of this software are highly valuable. It is intuitive and the customer support is outstanding.

> **Cons**: This software literally does it all. With so much functionality, it can be tricky to navigate until you and your staff are fully comfortable and familiar with all the features. But once you are, it is a highly effective tool.

> With PAMC, we have been able to pinpoint deficiencies on the production floor as it relates to manpower and labour hours. The scheduling and milestone functions are perfect ways to track progress and stay organized an on schedule. Our tooling is tracked as well as equipment, vacations, invoices, parts, and more.
