> **Pros**: EdIT have a good understanding of the needs of schools and the educational context. The technicians are knowledgeable and respond efficiently to issues that may arise. Staff in differing roles (finance, admin, teaching) have found the support provided to be of a high standard.

> **Cons**: There are no negative aspects that I can comment on.

> Our experience with EdIT has been excellent; the IT leader is appreciative of the standard of the work and support. Equipment and school network systems have been upgraded with the constraints of budgets factored in to ensure good value for money. There is an awareness of the part that IT systems play in the  smooth running of the school and  any issues are resolved quickly to prevent any negative impact on learners.

> **Pros**: The dashboard can be accessed from any device on the network with no software needed to be installed. Creating users is very easy and it integrated with our door access system so staff don't have to manually sign in or out. Produces a fire evacuation list which is essential.

> **Pros**: It works very well with multisites.  Nice Welcome screen with a horizontal view.

> **Cons**: Multiple Parts when it could be an all in one.  It could also be useful to have a cloud version instead of onsite for multisite.
