We accidentally deleted one of our customers and her history and \[sensitive content hidden\] was able to find it and we restored her information.

Redeemable Passes
Kennel Selection

But more so, it just helps you get your crap together as a small business. Especially with dogs, there is an absurd amount of information coming your way. Being able to have someone who thought of the client and made it easy to get all of that stuff in one place, very easy to look-up, for a price that's affordable to a small business?\! It's truly a no brainer. My only fear is what the heck are we going to do if \[sensitive content hidden\] kicks the bucket\!? Take your vitamins\!\!

> **Cons**: Most people would agree that use the service... visuals are a con. For my team, they're like old people seeing an iPhone for the first time. It's truly a spectacle.
The colors are very bright and saturated in some areas, and the writing is all over the place. So you really have to pay attention to every detail as you go, or you may miss something. 
It's not that way for the client. Mainly just for the admin.
