Before this, creating, approving, and receipting POs \& processing payments was a very manual process. After the implementation, it became a real game changer for the vendor management team across the company. > > **Cons**: I’m not sure if it was due to our settings or the application itself, but whenever we received five invoices from the same vendor for a list of orders, they had to be broken down by each individual order or by percentage to match the invoice amounts. It streamlined vendor management, purchase order creation, and approvals, making processes far more efficient compared to manual methods.
