> **Pros**: The two greatest assets of Kickbox according to me are:
- The language, usage and processes are easy to understand for non-experienced innovators
- The 4 in one solution (platform, toolbox, services, coaching) makes it actionable in every units of our organisation

> **Cons**: The positioning of Kickbox as a solution open to everyone without any judgement makes it (over the time) more difficult to get continuous flow of project. We overcome this by adding a strategic fit for our organisation when entering projects in Kickbox
