> **Pros**: 日本ではLineを利用しているユーザー数が多いため、ある程度Lineを知っていれば、レクチャーなしでLine worksの操作はある程度できるでしょう。さらに、通常の連絡機能だけではなく、ビジネス向けの様々な機能を搭載している。例えば、メール管理、勤怠管理、スケジュール管理。そのため、色んな場面で活躍できる。またサードパーティーのアプリとの連携も可能のため、機能を拡張しやすい。

> **Cons**: クラウドストレージは無料プランでも5GB提供してくれるので、かなりありがたいが、大きいサイズのファイルを転送する場合、やはり競合他社のクラウドストレージサービス(例えば、onedrive)より遅い気がする。幸いサードパーティーとの連携も可能のため、いざという時にdropboxを利用すればいいかもしれない。検索機能を有しているが、検索する度に動作が少し重くて、時間がかかる。

> Lineをベースにしているため、導入の難易度が低い。システム選定側の人間としてはかなり助かる。メールでやり取りする際、相手がちゃんと内容を見たかどうかを確認できないため、連絡トラブルがかなりあった。Line worksの場合、メッセージの既読状態を確認できるため、このようなトラブルを有効に防げる。
