I have a domain that I've been using for a while and I keep getting a lot of important emails, including from some customers. For a long time I have kept a second email client to read these emails, but sometimes I have missed some important ones because I have not followed up on them. So I bought Mutant Mail and it has been a real discovery. I connected all the accounts of this domain to Mutant Mail and now I receive all those emails in my current main email account and now I no longer lose any of the emails that I received before. I can even reply from my current email to the emails that I had previously configured as if I had a mailbox for each one. I was wondering if I could use my MS Outlook or Mail client on the Mac, but no problem using it. In fact, it can be used with any email client and from any device. Once you learn the formula it uses to send mail from any account, you can use it without any problem. The configuration was simple, although it is desirable to have knowledge of DNS management. If you don't, Mutant Mail has a manual to follow the steps in a very simple way. Another thing that I really liked is that you can very simply configure the name or department of who is sending the mail for each account. So when you send an email, the receiver will see the name or department and next to it the email account. > > **Cons**: When you receive an email to your main mailbox, Mutant Mail adds a line to indicate that you are using this application. When you reply to an email you have to remove this line if you don't want it to appear. This line takes a bit of seriousness out of your email. But you can easily remove it and you can set it to appear below or above your mail when replying so you can easily remove it. Another thing I don't like is that if you want to start a conversation thread with someone you don't have in your contacts, you have to configure the recipient's account in a special way. Mutant Mail has a tool for this within the app. Once you learn how it works it's not so complicated. For me it is not a big problem, but I think of people for whom technology is complex. On the other hand, it is a simple way to solve the problem of sending emails as if you were using different email accounts within the same mailbox that you use on a daily basis. > > In conclusion I can say that Mutant Mail is a wonderful tool for those who use several email accounts from the same mailbox. You can even use a GMail account and use your own domain to send and receive mail. This will allow you to use all the benefits of GMail email, such as anti spam, anti virus and 15GB of space for your email, but with your corporate email. The great thing about Mutant Mail is that it allows you to set up multiple email accounts to receive or forward incoming mail. The offer also seems generous to me because the basic plan allows you to configure up to 50 email accounts. It is a dream come true for me. What it does is amazing and - all in one place\! The ease of setup and the time it saves is amazing. Here is what I particularly like about it: 1. Emails are quite easy to setup and once done, all run automatically - there is nothing more to do, 2. It is so inexpensive compared to paying for an email provider. The cost of paying for even a few email ids is expensive and then - you continually have to check each one manually. Not any more\! 3.
