They tried hard in the beginning to migrate my business from another platform and answered my questions but the migration didn't work properly and I lost customers and money. > > **Cons**: Promised they would follow up on changes but never did. Did not deliver what they promised and then refused to take responsibility for it. > > I've had multiple issues with this platform. In migrating my customers over from another platform almost all of them had billing issues, login issues and even getting kicked out of my platform. One customer got triple billed two months in a row. Despite asking for a refund multiple times they denied this. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
