### "Best Monitoring Software I've Ever Used" — 5.0/5

> **Pros**: After suffering for well over a decade trying to get service and integration from large companies, in under two years we've been able to convert to this 3rd party system and get usable data immediately. It's incredibly user-friendly, and the notification interface (e-mail, text) works flawlessly.
> 
> **Cons**: The only limitation is what you can get out of the device. Waveform capture data doesn't give what's really needed - it will show a wavelength disturbance graph, but not a blip duration (in milliseconds) and voltage sag (in percentage).  But that's the fault of the meter, not this NovaVue software.  We are in the process of trying to customize alerts so they are more usable, and the NovaVue service team is very accommodating.
