> **Pros**: Sehr übersichtlich und intuitiv gestaltet, durch das Baukastensystem können einzelne Komponenten wie Zeiterfassung bei Bedarf hinzugebucht werden. Die Optik ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und anschaulich.

> **Cons**: Als einzigen Nachteil konnte ich bisher ausmachen, dass beim Ausscheiden von Mitarbeitern der Urlaub nicht automatisch angepaßt wird.

> Nachdem ich zwei andere Programme getestet hatte, habe ich mir Personizer heruntergeladen und getestet. Es hat uns von Anfang an überzeugt, da es sehr übersichtlich und intuitiv gestaltet ist. Die Ersteinrichtung war auch schnell erledigt. Kurzum: das Programm bietet alles, was man braucht, und das ohne überflüssigen Schnickschnack.

Ich vermisse eine Exportfunktion als PDF, um meinem Mitarbeiter am Ende des Monats einen Stundenzettel mit an die Abrechnung zu heften. Der CSV Export weist Formatierungsfehler auf und muss immer optisch aufbereitet werden.

> Wir können unsere Mitarbeiter in Teams unterteilen, sodass jeder Kollege über die Abwesenheitsplanung seines Teams informiert ist. Abwesenheiten können schnell und einfach über die App eingetragen werden und sogar Vertreter hinterlegt werden. Bei jeder Krankmeldung kann ein Anhang hinzugefügt werden.
Für uns in der Personalabteilung ist der Vacationizr eine große Entlastung und spart viel Zeit. Zudem wissen wir, dass die vertraulichen Daten sicher gespeichert werden.
