> **Pros**: Simple, quick and easy to use with a nice UI. Fast customer service, even out of hours.

> **Cons**: Limited on customisation but everything else is great.

> When the government decided to change the rules of hospitality for table service only. Our set-up needed a new approach. This service was recommend by an employee and we haven't looked back since. 
We've been using it for about 18 months and in that time we have been able to discover new needs for the software and they've been more than happy to assist us in adding the extra features that we needed.

> **Pros**: It's a very user friendly software that allows both staff and customers the ease of use or receiving and making orders as well as tracking your sales data.
> 
> **Cons**: There is nothing. In the beginning there was a lack of sales info and service charge portions for customers. I had messaged through to the Roundtable team if these were features that could be added to to the software and a few weeks later they had been added for me.
> 
> Up until now there still hasn't been another company that i've discovered with a QR code ordering system that is as simple and easy to use as Roundtab.
