> **Pros**: The value for money is excellent, especially when scaling up training for new cohorts. We primarily use the platform to streamline the onboarding process for our Erasmus+ trainees. The content creation tools are intuitive enough that we don't need dedicated IT support to build or update our training modules. Because our team operates on a hybrid model out of Warsaw, having a centralized, cloud-based hub for all our operational knowledge and course management has been highly effective for keeping everyone aligned.

When tracking the progress of multiple users simultaneously, it would be helpful to have deeper insights into engagement and completion rates. Additionally, customer support response times can occasionally be slow when we run into minor bugs, and the student-teacher interaction features could be more robust to encourage better communication within the platform.
