We got our team a lot more engaged as they could see how important their contribution was right on their dashboard. 
Follow-ups have gotten a lot easier too as the system is taking care of that for us.
We can also see if something is not executed before it is too late so it helps us prioritize the important strategic initiatives instead of getting lost in operational day-to-day tasks.
The experts at DecideAct really know about strategy execution and the onboarding team was great.
