> **Pros**: SHC is willing to customize features for our facility for the many programs and options we provide.  Their customer service is 5 star, which is hard to find with software providers.  They are extremely knowledgeable and quick to answer our questions.  If their software doesn't provide a feature, they are willing to work with us and add it to their next release.

> **Cons**: They are a newer software, so we have had to build out features with them.  This could also be considered a strength, as they are able to make custom changes.
> 
> We have been working with SHC for almost 2 years.  We are able to speak with the \[sensitive content hidden\] when needed, and we have had the same amazing staff working with us for the duration.  I highly recommend this software to any tennis/fitness facility.
