The features of the program allow our reps to do accurate orders, while also connecting them to their deliveries being performed by our trucking department. The new version 16 will also be a great improvement, narrowing down in more detail exactly what we need. > > **Cons**: In my opinion some of the aspects that I was not a fan of, are more of a reflection on our own IT department just needing to work closer with the sales department, and it’s not so much the reflection on CiS. Everything users need is done with the program. > > **Cons**: The interface is infuriating. Less clicks equals better interface. There are countless screens that are downright useless that need to be clicked past on every order, which can be twenty times a day. Everything that is needed could very easily be on one screen. The program is also egregiously slow. Most of this is because of the ridiculous amount of pointless information the program is gathering. Streamlining the program would be greatly appreciated. The learning curve of this program is steeper than it needs to be. It takes 10 - 40 hours of use age before someone could be concidered proficient. > > Overall I find it functional but slow. In the past we’ve used programs that didn’t have as many functions, but were vastly preferable because of how quickly they ran and were much more reliable. Entering an order usually takes about 15 minutes, it could realistically take 5.
