> **Pros**: We've been using Social Vista across our agency to wrangle multiple accounts and channels, and it's been a genuinely helpful addition to the toolkit. It handles Facebook, Insta and Linkedin without a fuss which keeps our workflows tidy and our teams sane. &#10;&#10;What I really appreciate is the unified inbox. Being able to reply to every message and comment straight from the platform is a small joy when you're juggling busy socials. The sentiment analysis is the cherry on top. It gives me a quick sense of how people are feeling before anything turns into a fire to put out. &#10;&#10;The pricing is another win. Compared to other tools in this league, Social Vista is incredibly reasonable, which matters when your're managing several brands at once. And I do love the AI post-writing feature. It's a great way to spark ideas or speed things up on days when the to-do list is longer than the coffee line. &#10;&#10;In short, it is practical to use and great value.

> **Cons**: The only real hiccup I’ve had is browser-related. I use Brave as my main browser and Social Vista doesn’t seem to play nicely with it. I’m guessing that’s more to do with Brave’s privacy settings than the tool itself, but it does mean certain features don’t load properly. I switched over to Mozilla Firefox and everything works smoothly there, so it’s not a deal-breaker — just something to be aware of if you’re also a Brave loyalist.

The unified inbox is a genuine time saver, the sentiment analysis is a bonus I didn’t know I needed, and the AI post writer keeps things moving on busy days.&#10;&#10;Pricing is great for a tool with this capability. The only small hiccup was that Brave didn’t play nicely, but switching to Firefox solved that instantly.&#10;&#10;Overall, Vista Social just works,  and it’s become a solid part of our agency workflow.

> **Pros**: It's great I can use just one tool for all social media profiles and see which is most effective. I like that it connects with Canva where my content designs are, and to grab one. It took just a quick tutorial to learn how it operates.&#10;&#10;The inbox manager saves time over using Facebook, due to no switching time. Replying to reviews I used to put off, but no more\! I aim to use DM automations in future, for now I am very happy with all these features. Social listening is a useful feature for brand reputation.

> **Cons**: Just a little trouble connecting with Facebook profile. You cant see so many stats for personal profiles like that, but not bothered about this.

> It is going to save time in creation because I can see that LinkedIn is the main channel of engagement and the fact of Canva integrating. I think it's a good tool for nimble teams, as you can get your assistant to mock up post for approval.

> **Pros**: The unified inbox is a lifesaver. I used to bounce between tabs to check DMs and comments across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Threads - now it’s all in one place, live. I actually catch mentions in real time instead of discovering them days later. I also love the DM Automations. Setting up auto-replies for common questions means people get a quick answer even when I’m asleep or busy. The Listening tool is surprisingly powerful for the price. I've used APIs and different listening tools from other small businesses, mostly Australian-based. Their pricing is simply uncompetitive. I can track brand mentions and industry topics without paying enterprise-level costs - great as an entry point for small businesses and agencies.

> **Cons**: There’s a slight learning curve at first, especially setting up automations and fine-tuning the Listening keywords. It took me a bit to get the filters working how I wanted, but once it’s dialled in, it’s smooth. Honestly, that’s about it. Any hiccups I’ve run into have been small and part of that learning curve.

> It feels like a genuinely thoughtful tool for managing social media beyond just pushing out posts. It gives me visibility and control over my conversations. > **Pros**: I particularly like that the platform has an 'inbox' like your email where you can view any messages/comments that you have received regarding your posts so that you can reply to them promptly - a huge time-saver and eliminates missing any.&#10;&#10;The automated messages feature is a great idea as it means that you can automate responses to messages that you receive, this is especially helpful for frequently asked questions where people can get an immediate response, no matter what time it is.
