> **Pros**: The CRM side of the product is fantastic\! The way it totals up your leads in each sector of the pipeline is very neat.
> 
> **Cons**: The emailing section of Overloop is the worst of its competitors. You cannot email more than one person at a time, and just the overall part of emailing is not good.
> 
> As a CRM alone, it is fantastic. As an all in one CRM software, it just doesn't do it.
