They are very prompt in replying to our queries and resolving small issues within least possible time. Software has very few failure incidents which was quickly taken care when highlighted to the team.

> **Cons**: Planning through excel is very comfortable which is very difficult to achieve through HRMates. But ultimately since all timesheets is being filled by employees on daily basis, we have to first plan project in Excel and then accordingly allocate resources in HRMates.
