> **Pros**: Piro has significantly decreased the amount of time it takes to input jobs into our system, which is the main reason we wanted to get the software for our company. It has also decreased the amount of time it takes to create complex quotes, and I'm finding more and more time in my day to work on other tasks.

> **Cons**: There are some limitations of the software as it is and certain functions that seem like they should be part of the system but are considered custom developments and cost extra. The Piro team is very solution-oriented and can do the custom developments you need, and we were able to find work-arounds to most of our issues, but keep this in mind. I also wish there was a Piro app for our timekeepers to use as the functionality on a tablet is not the best.

> Our project manager from Piro was wonderful to work with. Getting Piro set up with all of our data was a big undertaking, but she walked me through it and we're now ironing out the final kinks to make everything run smoothly. I've already recouped a lot of my time using Piro, as have our other employees that rely on the system. I'm excited to continue using Piro and see the compounding benefits that come along with using an advanced ERP system.

> **Pros**: - Ability to custom code different features \&amp; functions to fit what we needed best&#10;- Punctuality and organization of our rep(s)&#10;- Incredibly quick response time from their support team&#10;- Software \&amp; functionality is easy to use and pretty intuitive

> **Cons**: Really the only con I can think of is there were some basic (in my opinion) functions that I was surprised didn't exist in the software already, but we were able to get those coded out and it wasn't a big deal\!

She was extremely organized and would follow through on deadlines, providing answers to questions she needed to research, and was always very punctual with meetings. &#10;&#10;We now have the ability to internally track where exactly our orders are as well as have the functionality to provide our clients with automated email updates on the progress of their order which greatly improves the customer experience\!  &#10;&#10;They were able to custom code some very specific functions for us that made using Piro Fusion much easier and faster on our end. While we had to pay for the custom coding of these the pricing seemed very fair and in the long run was completely worth it in order for us to be the most efficient.

> **Pros**: Sadly there are no pros, we were never able to actively use the system. After years of back and forth the team has failed to fulfil any of the basic promises or requirements in their original scope.

> **Cons**: Terrible customer service and business values with no commitment to exploring proactive solutions to achieve a basic level of fulfilment. They have stonewalled any attempts to progress the dialogue and have an arrogant and small minded view towards problem solving - once you have paid for the software it is 'not their problem' even if you have never been able to use it\!
> 
> Extremely negative, would recommend anyone looking for a jewellery ERP to go elsewhere.
