> **Pros**: By far the worst advertising platform I have ever had the misfortune to grapple with. Everything is confusing, there are different places to different things, the log-ins for business profiles are confused with your personalised log in to facebook and it really has wasted so much time and caused so much frustration. And I am a tech-savvy, experienced marketer. Do better.

> **Cons**: The confusing navigation, the fact that it melds in with your personal profile, the fact that there are so many 'request approvals' that don't make sense, the fact that there are multiple places to create ads, multiple settings, like we have ads centre, ads manager, busines suite, page settings - it's so unituitive\!

> Just a nightmare honestly. I have tried to use this so many times for straightforward things and waste so many hours just getting the set-up and configuration working to access what I need to. I would hold off if it only happened to me a couple times, but I have had so many problems I just had to say something. Unfortunately if you wanna advertise on socials, you've just gotta deal.

> **Cons**: I think Facebook Business Suite sometimes has some bugs where, when you go to update the time or date of a post, Facebook freezes and you have to exit and try it all over again. Sometimes you then have to start all over again.

> **Cons**: I find that sometimes the stories and posts do not share to instagram in the same way that they show up on Facebook Business Suite.

> It's very good for organizing everything in one place, however I prefer to create my posts on instagram and then share to facebook to ensure they look as I intend.
