> **Pros**: By far the worst advertising platform I have ever had the misfortune to grapple with. Everything is confusing, there are different places to different things, the log-ins for business profiles are confused with your personalised log in to facebook and it really has wasted so much time and caused so much frustration. And I am a tech-savvy, experienced marketer. Do better.

> **Cons**: The confusing navigation, the fact that it melds in with your personal profile, the fact that there are so many 'request approvals' that don't make sense, the fact that there are multiple places to create ads, multiple settings, like we have ads centre, ads manager, busines suite, page settings - it's so unituitive\!

> Just a nightmare honestly. I have tried to use this so many times for straightforward things and waste so many hours just getting the set-up and configuration working to access what I need to.
