> **Pros**: We have used their system for many years without issue. However, due to a recent migration to alternative platforms that offer the required features natively, we no longer need their services.
> 
> **Cons**: Today, I received multiple emails from \[sensitive content hidden\] from their customer service team. Despite clearly requesting that my details be removed from their database, he continued to respond with attempts to upsell other services.

One particular comment stood out as especially inappropriate and presumptuous:

"Company policy would dictate that we'd need to better understand the reason for leaving on a short call."

To be clear, I do not work for your company and am under no obligation to adhere to your internal policies. This kind of response is not only unprofessional but also dismissive of a direct request to be removed from your communications.
