> **Pros**: It's pretty good on the desktop, mostly functions although there are always little quirks like emails not formatted properly and such that do annoy me.

> **Cons**: The phone app is really poor. It doesn't format emails properly on iOS, and never really seems to progress or improve.

> Overall it has not been a bad experience, I moved from Atera to SuperOps and it has definitely been a better experience than it was with Atera. Also Atera is an Israel company and I consider that to be a considerable risk at the moment given Mossad are known to spy through any and all means, I just can't expose my customers to that risk.
