### "Best case a dishonest company, worst case a complete scam\!" — 3.0/5

> **Pros**: The UI is very well designed. The program works well for what it advertises (social media campaign planning). The link in bio tool is well thought-out and works well. But none of this overshadows the VERY dishonest bait and switch business practices of the company as a whole.

> **Cons**: Do NOT trust Onlysocial. False testimonies and a history of scamming:

1. The "parent company" is Gramto Social. Their Trustpilot rating is currently a 1.3 out of 134 reviews\! Many claims of not refunding people's money and many reports of them as a scam. 
2. Their website claims a 5 star G2 rating. However, Onlysocial isn't even listed on G2 and Gramto does not have 5 stars.
3. When signing up you have to accept their terms and conditions, but you can't actually review them before agreeing. There is no button to see/download and read them. 
4. They took a people's images off the internet and placed them on their website as false testimonies. Not ok\! I actually contacted one of the people and verified this\!
5. There is no contact info, no email, no business info, no address, etc. on the bottom of their website. The only way to contact them is via their chat app in the program itself. 
6. Although they did reply to app questions, the moment I asked for a refund, their responses completely vanished. No reply, I'm out $98. 
7. Their chat system says that chat transcripts are sent via email. However, I never received one. No paper trail, how convenient.

Just go elsewhere for Social Media Marketing tools\!
