Comments: Great, we currently use it and it doesn't generate any problems

Pros:

You are totally unconcerned about the security of the computer, you leave everything in their hands.

Cons:

Maybe it consumes too many resources, the rest is ok

Watchguard EPDR

4.0 2 months ago New

Comments: Good for most of the time. Feel like it is developing in the right direction.

Pros:

dashboard in Watchguard Cloud. Zero-trust application

Cons:

It is often not enabled after for example updates on som machines. Hard to get them protected again after failure. Total reinstall is often the case. And no clue why it happened. Bloked programs ob the client take a little too lobg time to show upp in cloud console.

I left this software couple of years ago so i don't know if they managed to improve negative points they had before.
It offer good level of protection and competitive prices

Pros:

Easy of deployment, easy to use for both end user and Back end user. Ability to do everything from one place (security, applying patches, apply scripts) schedule job to run software i want on scheduled time. customizing reports.

Cons:

In some cases back then scheduled jobs would say successful but nothing is done. Although it was cloud database but some clients complained they were infected.

Watchguard has proven to be adequate to date.

5.0 last month New

Comments: It's been great with restricting access to certain hardware and websites based on expected usage of the PC and we've had no infections or intrusions.

Pros:

The simplicity of setup, deployment, and management of the system.

Cons:

The alerting can be a little redundant and repetitive, Malware URL alerts are all but useless - or at least the ones we get. Would like to be able to disable identical repeat alerts that we've identified as not impactful.
