> **Pros**: Working with the OfficeRND team to set up this system was made easier by how helpful they were during the process.  \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] from the Onboarding team provided excellent customer service and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] also provided valuable assistance as we had some internal technical issues.  The system is easy to use and once set-up staff have managed to use it with no problem to book desks, meeting rooms and car park spaces.

> **Cons**: If would be helpful if those added as admins could do more as their permissions are somewhat restricted.  Being able to differentiate on the plan by using differ colour dots would also be helpful.
