They only have the ability to take things out of trash and put them back. But in the process of doing that, much of the data is corrupted beyond repair. Service is ambivalent. I lost all my data in their kdrive over 3 months, corrupted beyond repair or gone completely. They don't care, they figured it must be my fault and they have moved on to other customers. Imagine Customer Service made up of weed users and you understand the response you will be getting. My data was destroyed and all I get was "Thank you for your confidence. We remain at your disposal.". > > About 3 months ago my data in certain folders was disappearing. I asked them over and over about it but they either didn't respond or they responded with the attitude that they don't know what happened, nor frankly did they seem to care and they definitely had the attitude that I must be the problem as it couldn't be their system. They did recover that data, but I kept asking them to find out why this had happened. Well, it happened again, and en masse. Much of my data disappeared for no reason. The folders were still there but the data was gone. Pdf's gone, jpg's gone, png's gone, .java files gone. I found them in the trash. Thinking this odd, I restored them but now they were corrupted beyond use. Documents related to my mothers probate, corrupted. Pictures of my wife from up to 20 years ago, corrupted and in-openable, dozens of .java files corrupted and broken beyond repair. I told them about this again and I could tell they had the attitude that I must be deleting them as it couldn't be their system. I admit to wondering myself. Soon afterwards I emptied the trash because I had put a few files and folders in there that I had imported from google drive. But apparently the system had been randomly been doing it again and putting my files in trash. So now all the data that had disappeared was gone because they have no way to recover data to a previous time like with icloud or google.
