The way we have been able to make our complex process more efficient and transparent to everyone along with cutting down the amount of emails sent between departments has been a huge pro. Also, incorporating automations and validations have been a game changer to increase speed and accuracy with our orders. Another great part is the team that onboards you are the same people you reach out to for support, feature requests, creative insight etc.

But since we have been users of Vsimple there have been numerous feature updates that narrow this gap and is always exciting to see.
