> **Cons**: The customer service is extremely disappointing. Despite multiple requests for technical support to resolve a critical issue where the checkout redirects to Shopify on mobile devices instead of Checkify, I received repetitive and unhelpful advice. They suggested switching themes or hiring a developer instead of addressing the core problem. My request to speak with a more competent technical support representative was ignored, causing significant delays in my business operations.

The technical issue with mobile checkout redirection remains unresolved, and the lack of effective customer support has been a major setback.
