Comments:
I can honestly say you’re one of the best suppliers I’ve worked with. Although there have been hiccups while working through the set up of Qblue, you have always gone above and beyond to sort it out.
You have been ultra-patient with things that we’ve got wrong and helped us all the way through, for which we are very grateful. Having come from a system that we’d used for more than 16 years (the whole of my time with MLR), this has been a huge change for us.
The saying for customer service is:
“Its not having a problem, that’s the problem…it’s how its dealt with that’s often the problem”
…and you have dealt with everything exceptionally well.
Pros:
I like that we can integrate with Xero and Mailchimp, making it all streamlined. Until now we had seperate systems. The more I use it, the more I love it. Like any system, it takes practice.
Cons:
I don't like that when uploading spreadsheets, it doesn't allow you to view what you are about to OK. Now we are set up, I don't usse this much but doing the original set up, it would have been useful to see and check the field mapping before clicking ok to upload.

Fantastic product for SME E-commerce business
Comments: Ive really enjoyed this i no longer log into WooCommerce, or Trademe as often but rather just check and run everything from on place.
Pros:
Its very intuitive , lots of features, and the customer support is 100/100
Cons:
I can see that the company is working on a more informative support section, but not everything is explained just yet, however i just use support tickets and they reply quickly, and i can see they are releasing more "how to" videos every few days.
Alternatives Considered: Shopify
Reasons for Switching to Qblue Inventory: Im able to integrate Qblue with shopify, Trademe and my other platforms

Comments: Overall experience has been great. The back end support has been exceptional and really made the transition as simple as possible.
Pros:
The inventory control and the B2B Portal for customers to place orders
Cons:
The integration with Xero has been challenging with the way we order and buy our stock.

Liquipro's move to Qblue
Comments: High rate the product as we have asked for thing to be implemented and the team and Qblue have looked at it and made the change. Plus
Pros:
What you get for what you pay is fantastic. But also the features like linking po# to sales order and vice versa is simple and very easy to implement. And the fact that your inventory can be managed and uploaded from 1 date base for online store is awesome. No need to learn 2 platforms or have pricing on 2 platforms.
Cons:
Some of the reporting not the information but just how it is displayed, ie when you print it out.
