> **Pros**: Very flexible and configurable, great support and team availability despite time zone differences. It is also very easy to integrate with other systems.

> **Cons**: Documentation is limited but the team always answered our questions in a timely manner.

> We had a few demos when we were evaluating the products, then weekly meetings to define requirements, review prototypes and finalise the initial implementation. It only took one month to get the product to production. Since then, we have made the changes in house without issues.

> Customer support is quick and responsive; issues are resolved and discussed efficiently. This LIMS simplified our workflow and offered the capability to create custom kits for each study and biobanking. With just one click, we are able to create for example 40 new patient records, each will contain its study ID and set of derived samples/tubes/documents which we usually prepare for the research needs. When first samples are collected and received we simply scan label on tube and Patient status changes to an active, therefore we can at any moment track patient and/or sample flow.  It is easy to import/export data, derive new samples from a large data sets, and thus, we have been able to organize a large volume of previously unregistered stored samples from past projects. Administrator user can also easily correct anything, which is essential as stuff in hospitals do not have time to correct if unusual situation occur. Anyone could track corrected fields via audit view and filter out recently or at particular date corrected samples etc.
