Our team was able to easily apply the kanban system to various projects and at the same time easily and clearly knew how to combine them for a better overview due to the representation of tasks.- I find using keyboard shortcuts a big advantage.- Linking with GitLab, TeamCity, NetSuite and Confluence (which we use) makes work much simpler and faster. > > **Cons**: I found only three things to the disadvantage of Jira:- When you lose a session (and when you get it again), a comment in progress or a task, issue, etc. when being created.
