Can drive the input myself insuring higher quality output. 
Am very satisfied with the product and service from the Vancery support team when I can't source on my own.

software platforms to connect with through in depth surveys and interviews. We are able to
conduct user interviews to test the messaging of our marketing materials and feature offerings
of our product with actual customers. Additionally, the intel we are able to gather from talking to
users of competitive software allows us to build better products that resonate with our target
customer-base.

Vancery doesn’t currently support, but we’ve been able to adjust our surveys to the capabilities
of Vancery’s platform and their survey team will help with the drafting and design process to
ensure that the format fits your business goals and their technology.

This can really speed up our research process and allows us to access the best respondents from the surveys we run for follow up calls.

> **Cons**: Occasionally an interviewee won't show up for a call, but the Vancery client services team does a good job of rescheduling and tracking people down. There are no major issues from our use of the product.

> **Pros**: In Andador Shop, we realized early on of the importance of choosing our path based on the most reliable data. The seamless access to information that Vancery provides has been key in building the know-how we need to make strategic decisions. As an entrepreneur, this user-friendly one-stop-shop for direct research is highly valuable and has led us to a great start. 

We are also impressed with the high-quality tools Vancery provides, such as the video experience which is much cleaner than other platforms, such as Zoom. We found the ability to download transcripts from interviews particularly useful as well which facilitated our ability to identify relevant insights.

> **Cons**: We had a situation in which a user we had scheduled a call with didn’t show up; however, Vancery team not only reacted quickly to the situation but they were also very diligent in scheduling and tracking the user. The support we got in solving these issues was excellent. Seamless market research platform providing clean and useful tools which result in valuable insights and data for any industry and product.
