> **Pros**: user friendly and love the ability to download all responses including documents in one step, and into separate folders as speeds up review process

Only allows one type of supplier registration form 2. feel that additional training should have been given just before we went live, just on setting up the documents and best way to set up.  It was too long from the initial training, so spend a fair bit with the manual for refresher, which took a few hours. Do not like the way that previously approved scored documents, like Supplier Questionnaire then show lower score due to any amendments to the live document, as then need to remember why.
