> **Pros**: They onboard and train the employer well. They respond quickly to payroll and HR questions. Software offers all the payroll bells \& whistles.  We've had great customer service from them. Employee portal gets good reviews from our employees.

> Overall, as a new client we are highly satisfied with the service provided. We transitioned our 401k Plan (Empower) and our Payroll and they work very well together.

You have a dedicated team that is always there when you have a question. The application is easy to use once you go through the training, and it actually makes sense.  They are definitely worth the value.

> **Cons**: I didn't find anything I didn't like. All questions and concerns were addressed, and when changes were needed to fit our company, Centrally HR had no problem.

> I'm very happy with the Centrally HR. The reps were very friendly and patient; no question went unanswered.
