> **Pros**: It is very user friendly and the support is definatelly one of the best I know. We alway have one person to talk to and to get trainings from. She helps us in every situation (even if we have to get the same training more than once).&#10;The system is very easy to setup und to use for our workers. They can access mLean from the computer or iPad and even smartphone.&#10;We now have the overview on every audit performed and every action which is required and even have a simple tool for improvment ideas.&#10;The system keeps on getting new cool functions and the supports reacts quickly on feature suggestions and errors or bug reports.

> **Cons**: Some of the build in reports are nte suitable for us so you have to build your own dashboards and you don't get a basic Power BI files to start your journey.

> From first contact to implementing the system the process was very smooth and the contact persons are very helpful and friendly\! The system is very easy to use and we keep on finding new cool things we like :-)

> **Pros**: I like how easy Mlean is to use, in the past we used a SAP based product that was not very user friendly. Every App looks the same and is very standardised. The system is very easy to train out to my team and the updates keep improving each time. I also love how easy it is to customise it is for my companies needs. The support staff are great and are always very helpful, knowledgeable and quick to answer any of my questions.

> **Cons**: The only cons i can think about is that we as a company don't have the full package to use all the different Apps available.

> I have been using Mlean since 2018 and I can honestly say it has changed my working life for the better. I have seen first hand how much Mlean has grown and improved and I feel it has pushed me to improve with it. There isn't a working day I don't use Mlean as a system and love how as a company they don't just stand still but look to improve

> **Pros**: Flexibility in sorting data and getting results based on multiple criteria.

> **Cons**: The time consuming process of tool setup - limitation in automatic upload of the data or, at least mass upload of require information in a given template ( structure, people, standards,..) for easy setup.&#10;Time consuming action /alarms introduction - is good to have scanning opportunity for standard fields completion. &#10;Is a god tool to use for analyses but time consuming tool to setup and work with on daily basis in order to keep it update.

> mlean is a friendly tool from interface perspective - easy to understand the logic of the tool and functionality.&#10;Not having the capability to be linked with other application it is difficult to be maintain update - it is time consuming to register all information and because of this is recommended to be used for routines not as a tracker of defects, reasons of defects or corrective actions detected / implemented.&#10;Very good for the ability to provide needed view to different management level due to high flexibility in filtering and sorting the data.
