> **Pros**: The system has many avenues for completing the same tasks and doing product entry and POS integration with multiple platforms. The tech support is there if you have to reach out. The platform works with many different other attachments in regard to POS expansion.

> **Cons**: The tech support is there as mentioned above. But that doesn't mean the problem will be fixed first pass. And the team has bankers hours which isn't helpful for organizations that run long hours for retail. There are too many ways to skin the same cat. This level of functionality makes training hard because of the different practices that can be taught to do the same thing.
> 
> When they work well the system is very easy to run for extended periods with minimal issue. But once you have an issue you might as well call your vice president and threaten company war fare if you need help to solve a problem cause they take time to get stuff ironed out once it flops and that can be their biggest down fall. Otherwise they have lots of room for expansion with their product and it works well when maintained by tech capable people as your local support before you have to get with Blaze.
