> **Pros**: This saves our teachers an enormous amount of time.  We used to make "baseball cards" on index cards for each student and then they would lay them out on the conference room table and try to figure it out.  It was time consuming and I had to break up a few fights\!\!

> **Cons**: Since we only use it once a year, we have a "learning curve" each year\!
> 
> We are quite happy with the results.  The first year we tried it with only grade three.  Those teachers sorted their baseball cards and used Class Composer.  They ended up being almost identical in results.  That was pretty good\!\!  We want balanced classrooms and this saves time.

> **Cons**: We have multiple types of classes on the same grade level: English, Spanish Immersion, and Dual Language. We would have liked to be able to set these up separately so that the "compose" option could be used on just one program versus all of them.
