> **Pros**: I think they do a good job helping business determine what spend can be used when applying for tax credits.  We are a a tech company, and after going through the online questionnaire, and following up with the support team at Neo.Tax, we determined my company was eligible for a decent sized tax credit, which they helped me apply for.  They also offer an app that connects to our Quickbooks Online, which makes reviewing our books easier (for R\&D credits).

> **Cons**: I didn't find any real flaws with the software, but even if I was confused at certain parts, I always got excellent support from Neo.Tax CS team.

> It was awesome because they helped get us a nice tax credit, which more than paid for the service they provide.  They taught us so much about R\&D credits.  We actually use their suggestions when doing our books now.  Now, with just a few clicks, we can apply for new credits every year.

> **Cons**: I was not able to import my payroll information on my own.  I had to set up a meeting with customer support for their assistance.  They were very helpful, shared a screen, spreadsheet, etc to get all my information entered.

> After meeting with customer support and gathering information from our team, I had some changes that we had to make before submitting our final application and customer support made that process very easy.  I let them know the changes and they got everything updated, walked me through what I needed to do and voila\!
