Trello is a tremendous approach to task management.

The ease at which one can get back on track is incredible. From making three simple lists, to do, in progress and complete it is possible to move cards from left to right as they are being completed.


There is nothing I dislike about this software.

Alternatives Considered: Microsoft Project, Smartsheet and Evernote Teams

Reasons for Switching to Trello: I've used Trello for about a decade now. It's never let me down. It's perfect for task management and file backup in addition to sharing with your team.

The ease of use and the visualization of cards


It didn’t have all the features we need and then we had to use 3rd party integration which cost double the price of the Trello account

Cheap and basic task management

Fairly easy to get started with. Fulfills the basic task management needs. Seems robust with few quality issues and bugs.


Hard to create proper flows. Pretty limited in terms of integration support.
