> **Pros**: Firstly the fact that you buy the license for life is good.  Up front it is costly but then you don't have any more payments.  Reporting is a big plus and also the fact that specific reports can be made based on your requirements

> **Cons**: Really very happy with it.  I suppose not being able to delete items/employees and rather de-activating, but not a hardship really.

> We've used Pixelpoint since version 3 back in the mid 90's. While it is more than adequate, there are some definite improvements that could be made. Where we struggle is the hardware. Since we own our own machines, we are on our own for service and repairs. We experience the occasional glitch from time to time and I'm assuming this is because our database is 20 years old and has been through several upgrades along the way. I think there are better options out there, but the price is a plus.

> **Cons**: Zero support. The $50/month for the help line can only do so much when the imbeciles that installed it cash your check and fall off the planet.

> I would LOVE to tell you that this POS is amazing, but in no way can it's functionality outweigh the crooks that sell and service it. I have had it for 1.5 years, the criminal salesman cost me $13000 and it is essentially worthless. Don't waste your money.

> Support for android devices is not fully supported by PAR as it is not certified. In addition it does not use standard hardware. For example USB printers at waiter stations and standard finger print reader devices.
