The calendar and checkout pages would take a very long time to load, delaying the booking and checkout process. Also, the credit card fees were unsustainable. The cost is outrageous for the quality of the product. > > We used it for years, but the quality never seemed to improve. The customer service was also pretty unreliable. We would be on hold for up to an hour sometimes waiting for a representative.
