I find the product easy to use once you get the hang of it.
Reporting can be difficult for those who don't understand table structure and sql script. Transfer of knowledge for system design is an extended process.

Easy and fluid to use
Comments: Overall very positive compared to other ATS systems I've seen and used.
Pros:
We use most of the NEOGOV features and they all work pretty seamlessly. The dashboards are easy to read and navigate to more refined details.
Cons:
Some things feel a little buried where it feels like I'm digging through several screens to get where I'm going.

Comments: Overall it’s been very good! Implementations have gone pretty smoothly overall. Customer service has been good. Our account executive is amazing.

How it is tailored to the public sector and addresses functions specific to us.

Sometimes there isn’t enough integration between products even though they all work together.

Comments: I have been a huge fan for years implementing two additional programs as well as being a reference to other agencies. I love Neogov!

The ease of use and the automation of so many processes.

Comments: I really love using it and the constant updates NEOGOV does with their systems always wanting to grown. Fast customer. Service.
Pros:
Its user friendliness and all the modules it has to utilize. Also love rhat for the most part customer services is always accessible and eager to help with any issues.
Cons:
How some.of the products take to much time as far as steps AND how some of the functions are not easily compatible.

Comments: I’ve really enjoyed using NeoGov for my organization. It is user friendly and the support team is awesome.
Pros:
The new dashboard and task. The analytics and now seeing the reqs on the insight side without going to OHC
Cons:
The duplicate email communication and the reporting side. I also wish I could copy/paste on the supplemental questions.
Great ATS - Good UX
Comments: 2 years and an admin - it’s soooo much easier to track and move applicants and I appreciate the scheduling feature!
Pros:
How the entire recruitment can be done in it!
Cons:
Some of the settings make it hard when hiring managers are not involved in the traditional way

Comments: Good. Feel like it might be growing tok fast. Keeps focusing on new products rather than focusing on really enhancing current products. Things have been getting better lately. Seeing much more product enhancement on the older products lately.

Amazing One Stop Shop Software to meet all your applicant and employee needs!!
Comments: I have thoroughly enjoyed implementing numerous products and integrations over the past 10+ years. The CEO is so personable absolutely love seeing Shane at the conferences and the Neogov Staff is so personable and great to work with. Absolutely love our account manager Lindsey Gerber!!
Pros:
One stop shop, easy to use! Neogov has really made it possible to implement module and integration after another to make our hiring processes, evaluations, onboarding, learning, payroll and various other key employee processes possible.
Cons:
Setup process can be lengthy but Neogov Staff so easy to work with.
Works but could be much better with improvements
Comments: Overall it does assist with the candidate tracking, but our agency currently only has onboard, insight, and attract. Our IT person has made plenty of suggestions over the past 10-15 years of improvements but while some of them have been implemented, the majority of them have not. So it feels like we still have to do our own work around to get the off the shelf product to work, which is frustrating at times.
Pros:
Ability to track candidate application, reach out to candidates via attract, and take candidate through applicant lifeline.
Cons:
There are still many improvements to be made that can make this process easier, such as removing the size limit on attachments to the exam plan and allowing us to move the attachments around to sort them vs deleting. There is also no audit trail for attachments and in other areas in which we would like audit trails. These are just a couple examples. The UI could be better as well.

Comments: Excellent had a very well rounded amount of classes.
Pros:

Classes I really liked overlapping Or a class was the my offered me nice and it conflicted with another class
Highly recommend Neogov!
Comments: Overall very good! The more I learn about the different functions neogov has to offer, the easier it has helped to transition everything on neogov versus having things in separate sites.
Pros:
I like how I am able to customize almost everything about a recruitment from the initial planning to the offer.
Cons:
I don’t like how when I’m on a written exam or oral exam schedule, there’s no button to take me straight back to the recruitment plan. Instead, there’s a button for the evaluation step but not for the exam plan. I sometimes have to go back on the site or open a new tab if I’m trying to check something within the exam plan.
Neogov Rocks!
Comments: It’s been the greatest platform I’ve used so far in my experience

I love the responsiveness to the needs of the customer. I like that it can be purchased in segments so we arebt wasting money on what we wont use.

I wish there was better employee tracking without the full HRIS. Things that track employee demographics, promotions, salaries, etc.

Comments: We’ve crafted the system to work for our process. Onboarding has really simples our previously manual process.
Pros:
Application submissions; ability to update recruitment status providing transparency with applicants; ability to hire multiple positions under one exam plan; onboard.
Cons:
Analytics. A lot of movement to get to the next step or screen.

Comments: I like the Insight/OHC sides of the platform that my organization uses. Works perfectly for what we need & great customer support when help is needed.

Great customer support, tons of trainings offered, fantastic & informative conference!

The platform can be very layered/tough to learn at first. OHC/Insight resource guide downloads need to be updated.

All applicant information - and the life cycle of the applicant from onboard to off board - is housed in one centralized location.
Cons:
Some clunky integration with other platforms. However, there is great support in getting those kinks worked out.
