> **Pros**: The product is very easy to setup and use. The software is very straight forward and allows me to see on a single screen the status of my team.

> **Cons**: Getting everyone on my team using the software was initially challenging, maybe because it was new, but once everyone started using it, it works great for all.

> Overall, my experience with InOutBoard has been great...easy to setup and use. Knowing my team's status allows me to schedule resources more efficiently and plan better. And in the event of an emergency (hopefully it never happens), I can easily confirm everyone is safe or who needs attention.

> **Pros**: You can add and edit entries yourself and can enter pre checkouts. My office uses this program and employees can access it from their desktops. We ask them use it as we have a large staff. Used for being in meetings or out of the office, it shows the day and time return.

> **Cons**: You have to manually put yourself back in after you've been out. It is not automatic.  If you have a pre-Check out you are put out automatically but not back in. Not a sophisticated program but it doesn't need to be.
