Comments: While working in a financial services company, couries and parcels are something which we need to send to people on daily basis and after switching to this software, all our burden regarding couriers and logistics have been resolved and we are happy with this tool now as it is taking care of everything for us.

Pros:

Its been interesting working with CXT Software for our courier related services and everything has been great so far ranging from tracking of packages to last mile delivery to proof of delivery. It comes with many excellent features that has made our courier related work much more easier. Performance metrics, multi level printing of invoices,cross docking , transportation management and many more such amazing features it comes with which makes our work much easier.

Cons:

It would be a nice feature of this tool if we could highlight certain things on the invoices such as customer name, address and few more things. But rest everything is perfect about this software.

CXT - Jack of many trades...

Comments: Overall, CXT is very functional. It does what we need, it just doesn't always handle things in the most logical or straight forward way. CXT is a great system for on demand orders, but seems to need a lot of work when it comes to routed work, and even some on demand/routed hybrid models. I'm not about to throw CXT to the wolves, but I wouldn't jump in front of a bullet for it either.

Pros:

One of the best things about CXT is that once the system is configured properly, i can rest easy knowing that everything will be handled properly without much involvement from operations or IT. The UI is not kluge, and once you know how to get around the system, its pretty easy to understand.

Cons:

The system is not easy to get a grasp on out of the box. The knowledge base available is written for someone who has experience in the system, does not explain how each feature corresponds with others, and generally leaves one with more questions than they started with. CXT seems to do a lot of things, but nothing exceptionally well. We are often guided toward custom features, or custom work in order to accomplish certain customer requests. In many cases, it seems the CXT support staff leans on us as a customer to design the custom work, where it would be nice if they were able to pull from their industry knowledge, and knowledge of the system to suggest options to us. In many support calls, it takes several back and forths to explain our customizations, or how our system is set up before we can move foward with any troubleshooting. I'm not generally impressed with the knowledge of the support staff on some of the tougher questions that are presented.

Experience Next-Generation Tracking and Dispatching Process with CXT Software

Comments: My experience with CXT Software is fabulous and I'm working on this product on a daily basis to track dispatching, TAT adherence and delivery percentage by applying multiple filter option offered by this product. Also, the great thing is that all these activity can easily be done through mobile phone without any dependency on system.

Pros:

It provides a complete comprehensive suite to cover dispatching and tracking process of shipments within your organization. It is well suited product for organization dealing with large volume of shipments daily. Its inbuilt notification feature also notifies users regarding any TAT breaching so that extra focus should be given to them. It also offers a mobile application of this product which allow easy tracking of this shipments easily through mobile phone.

Cons:

Its ownership cost accessing and maintaining the complete dashboard might not be affordable by small scale industries dealing with less than 1 million shipments per day. Also, it does not provide advance security feature which might lead to the unauthorized personnel to fetch important information about consignee and shippers. This restricts users to work on highly confidential data.

The product has several features, so there is almost always a way to obtain the desired result. Furthermore, I can increase delivery efficiency, helping my company grow.

Cons:

Because the software is quite complex, the implementation time is a little long, but no problem because the implementation team is fantastic!

My Experience with CXT Software

Comments: My experience with CXT Software has been great, It has wide range of tools which helps to track your shipments smoothly . It is good for all size of business, this can be little expensive for small size of businesses. And It is good to be aware of downsides of using any software.

Pros:

CXT Software is a best delivery logistics platform for all size business. It has wide range of features like Real time tracking , delivery management, advance route optimization. It is a budget friendly software to use.

Cons:

CXT Software is a great platform to use but some areas like customer support and User Interfaceneeds to be improved, these can be some downside of using CXT Software.

Comments: My overall experience with CXT software is really good.

Pros:

It improves efficiency because it is designed to streamline and optimize last-mile delivery operations which reduce delivery time with lower operation cost. Route optimization and real-time tracking features makes it very efficient solution which enhances customer service.

Cons:

I do not see much cons while using CXT software. my only area of concern is the integration of CXT software with the other software.

I liked the most about CXT was their customer support, easy to use platform. It is a dynamic software and fulfilled all our courier and logistics requriements.

Nothing as such, we are quite happy with the software and looking forward to continuw working with them.

We need to send our couriers daily in our industry and CXT helps us to manage the delivery process effortlessly We can use GPS tracking and can give notification features to the customer if required We are satisfied with this tool as it has improved customer satisfaction

Pros:

Despite having a user-friendly user interface, there is still room for development as navigation can occasionally be challenging. The subscription plan is highly expensive and not very affordable, although the free plan offers the majority of the functions.

Comments: It's great when technological advances improve the user experience but don't remove the human contact point and this product really delivers on that point.

Pros:

We tried this software out to organise shipments within the US. As most of our team are not based in the US, we were having trouble liaising with couriers and especially struggled when things went wrong with the tracking or proof of delivery and the only help option was the dreaded chatbot: Enter CXT Software - there are real people to answer your questions! I know there are many other technical pros to this product but for us the pro was definitely the fact we could get an answer from a real live person.

Cons:

It's a shame this product is only available in the US as otherwise we would use it in our other markets too.

Easy, concise and everything you need

Pros:

The fact that it has all the last-mile, route, and on-demand courier software integrated into a single platform makes things a lot easier for the users. The support has also been super helpful with the implementation and onboarded us within a week with almost all our queries solved quickly.Their integration with the mobile app also makes things easier to use the platform on the go and get real-time visibility which I feel has been the deal breaker for us with quite other competitors.

Cons:

There's nothing that comes to my mind straightforward as we have been really happy with the software. However, I feel the UX can be improved a bit to make it more easy to use.

Using CXT Software has revolutionized the delivery industry for many organizations. Cons:

The implementation team is excellent, so even though the software's complexity makes it take a while to implement, that's not a problem! If we could highlight specific information on the invoices, like the customer's name and address, among other things, that would be a great feature of this tool. But other than that, this software is flawless. Watching the videos at the university can be a little tedious.

The best part about CXT Software is the depth of features. There is almost always a way to get the result you want out of the software, and often multiple ways. This is important because it always seems that each of our customers need things customized to them. CXT Software allows us to do that.

Cons:

The logistics industry is constantly changing and while CXT Software has constant releases with upgrades and features, there are always things that we need or want. The costs to customize are often substantial. While they do have a large array of existing integrations with customers, and have the APIs to connect, the integration process is still costly at times and is slow to get set up.

Best Delivery management system for the logistics and operations

Comments: Overall, It is a good application for logistics and operations activities. route optimization capabilities are particularly amazing. CXT comes with a lot of features enabling us to deliver a product without worrying about anything extra. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who mainly works in the operations and logistics domain.

Pros:

one of the best things I like about this solution is it has third-party integration with other department systems such as CRM, Accounting systems, etc. because of which coordination between various departments gets very easy. It has an easy interface where navigation is quite easy. it also provides a dashboard where I can track all the events in real time, and workflow gets easy with these real-time statistics.

Cons:

cost is high for the extra features and sometimes real-time gets stuck in the middle of the process.

Comments: It is very reliable and for this price, in my honest opinion, I'd say is a bargain.

The route optimization is simple yet pretty efficient which I liked the most. It saves a lot of time. The real time tracking is pretty accurate.

Pricey but capable

Comments: To put it simply the software is robust, sometimes overly so, capable yes but if you just want software that gets your team on the same page or want to transition from pen and paper logistics this isn't the one for you.

Pros:

I loved the mobile app and the web based application

Cons:

The cloud client can be very unstable and there are 100's of little button paths to remember. I also found the dispatching to be cumbersome and very unforgiving. Whenever there was a clerical error with an order it would sometimes take over 5 mins to correct the mistake.

Suitable for logistics management

Pros:

It is useful for real time tracking of our couriers and for optimizing routing.

Cons:

Free trial is available but pricing of 329 USD is not affordable for small scale enterprizes. Once configured, system manages well with requirement of low manual interventions.
