Highly recommended

Comments: I signed up with a competitor, with lots of shiny baubles, but quickly realised that Now Book It does everything that they do but with added great customer service. I'm very pleased to now be with a company which doesn't just abandon you once you have signed up. They continue to provide a very professional back up service and answer any questions promptly to ensure you are making the most of the product.

Pros:

Easy to use, the staff love it and they provide fabulous customer service.

Cons:

Nothing. Any issues are quickly resolved.

It's a no-brainer!

Comments: I have worked with NowBookIt since its inception, and I am not sure how well I could run my three venues without it. The entire team is dedicated, industry focused, and importantly, they put their clients first.

Pros:

NowBookIt is an entire suite on its own. We have full control of the booking management system, whether it is its table plan, online bookings, tags, data capture, reporting, voucher platform, etc... everything works perfectly.

Cons:

There is nothing I can think of, besides maybe the mobile device version is a little difficult to use at the moment. An update is coming though...

Clever platform for Multi-use Entertainment venues

Comments: Great company to work with and look forward to seeing

Pros:

The ease of use was a great starting point. The set up help and on going support is 5 stars! We can use the platform for day to day booking but also events and pre-sales.

Cons:

Some of the system set up can be hard to follow first up and no app so far.

Pros:

[sensitive content hidden] service is next level of excellence! [sensitive content hidden] forms an easy comfortable relationship with his clients. [sensitive content hidden] immediate has a solution if there is a query or problem (although this is very rare)

Cons:

It would be better to one stop click on the walk in feature

Great to use

Comments: We have had a great experience with NBI, the customer support is really good they pro-actively make sure things are going well.

Pros:

Super easy to use, super versatile. I really like the layout of the system

Cons:

I can't think of anything! Its a great product

Comments: Great system, great service and even better customer service

Pros:

Ease of use Customer Service was incredible and extremely helpful. Live Bookings Constantly making improvements very easy to set up

Cons:

Nothing. Found the system very easy to use and if there was something that was a con, they worked a way to fix it.

Alternatives Considered: OpenTable, Fork and SevenRooms

Have not found anything I don't like about NowBookIt, perhaps just as a suggestion, integrations with POS Systems?

Great product

The range of features that it has implemented already

Cons:

The Cost ( as a new customer of booking system, the cost was scary at first , but turned out to be worth it )

Easy floor systems

Comments: It is a good value for money booking/table management system

Pros:

Ease of use, flexible and is a good management tool for the planning of best use of seats available

Cons:

Integration into POS systems, ie square. It is not very good to use on iPads or phone. Please bring on the App. Sometimes can be a bit glitchy when we are busy, ie seating guests yet the system doesn't respond to this.

NOWBOOKIT ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM

Comments: We moved to Nowbookit several years ago and have been delighted with our change. The service you receive is what sets them apart from anyone else. We're super happy!

Pros:

Super easy to navigate, and does a range of things that we need from table settings, functions, events, special menus etc. Customer service is amazing. You get help as soon as you call! And our local rep [sensitive content hidden] is the best account person we have - his service is next level.

Cons:

I'm sure there's a way around it, but the latest update of adding a new customer can be niggly when you have no details other than a name (which we sometimes do) for someone who has called us.

Pros:

This is ine of the easiest booking systems around. Customers love it and are amazed how easy it is to use.

Cons:

Not much to not like a about it. On some tablets it seems to run slowly.
