> My overall experience was that everything was smooth as butter. It was easy to integrate into my workflow. I love how it saves so much time. I can send documents to clients through email and text. I do everything online, nothing in person. So having this tool under my belt takes away a lot of worry. It's safe and secure so I feel comfortable and so do my customers. It's so easy to make forna organized as well, saving even more time.

> **Pros**: Vinesign, much like Docusign, allows us to send documents to clients for secure signature. It's taken away the need for in-person signing, which isn't feasible for a majority of our clients. It also syncs seamlessly with Filevine, our client file management software, making it easy to view and move documents.

> **Cons**: I feel that Vinesign is very barebones and has a lot of room for improvement. For example, if you have a template that needs updating, rather than being able to go in and replace that template with a new document (for example you've just slightly changed the verbiage) but keeping the signature, date, etc. boxes in the same spot, you have to do an entirely new template.

> Overall our firm has been happy with Vinesign. It's taken away the need for in-person signatures, which can significantly inhibit a law firm's work flow. The syncing into Filevine has been the biggest asset.
