It also makes it easy for end-users to find the copier in their location easily by installing directly from a map of the building they are in. > > **Cons**: CPA clients do not work well with our Kyocera copiers. We use both TASKalfa and Ecosys models, and have had many issues after Vasion started to update the CPA client used. No issues with our Konica Minolta copier though. Working with support was great initially, but eventually stalled out and after numerous prompts to continue troubleshooting, was told copiers were no longer supported by Vasion, even though they still appear on the supported list.
