Comments: Overall experience is good

Pros:

This service is easy to use therefore it is recommended for novice drop shippers. Item lister is excellent that's what I use every day.

Cons:

Order fulfillment has to improve. And item price monitoring and stock monitoring need more improvement and has to be reliable and more robust.

Pros:

At first, I was greatly impressed by customer support and their attentiveness, trying to clear all questions asked in-depth and to the client's full understanding. Then I was impressed with the features and even more with the honesty of the agents which presented not only the advantages but the challenges too.

Prepare for your eBay account to be flagged faster than you can say "scam." Say goodbye to smooth sailing because you'll constantly battle issues like failed image uploads and botched product descriptions. If you cherish your eBay account, steer clear of our so-called "ideas." And let's not forget about their shady tactics on Trustpilot. They resort to hacking the system by inundating it with fake 5-star reviews, all while juggling multiple accounts. As for their nonexistent customer support, don't hold your breath for a timely response to your emails—they're too busy laughing all the way to the bank. So, if you enjoy wasting time and money on subpar software with zero support, by all means, give AutoDS a try. AUTODS Is great but needs new updates

Comments: 90% happy with it, 10% unhappy. Needs updating.

Pros:

Prompt response from customer service and knowledgable.

Cons:

There are a few features missing, for example there should be the following features: 1. Allow to "bulk" edit products to set quantity to 0 (to pause sales while I fix issues with prices). 2. Allow for Data export to excel sheet, via dashboard to show all products info and sale info.

I am not quite sure as they have made it clear that what they don't have can be acquired upon request. This in addition to what it currently offers

AUTODS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Comments: So far so good. A little overwhelming and a lot of reading.

Pros:

The customer service provided was great. I use their Chat tool and the agent on the other side was very patient and responded to all my questions. Furthermore she went the extramile and provide images, and links, and provided the explanation and support I needed. GREAT JOB, GUYS!

Cons:

The tools has a couple o glitches that it did not allow me to change the price of the sourced product which is capture automatically when passing the information from the side. When set higher than the real price, it does not allow you to list the product. I learned that you can increase the potential loses when setting the order prices. which is workaround mechanism but not perfect. They should have and override button that allows you to correct the number passed to the system. Also something that I did not like was the price of the automation feature.. If you want to use automation, you have to pay 5% of your sales... which is horrible. Imaging if you make a $100 sale to earn $10 , you will need to paid 5% of your sale, that means $5 dollar... That is crazy! Now if the 5% is on the profit...then it would be 5% of $10 that is $0.50 which it will be ok. But 5% of the sale is crazy and big NO NO.. I thing this policy must be revised. They should know that other software companies offer the same automation for free. Can anyone confirm if I understood it correcly? So I guest that I will use the manual approach.

IS IT A SCAM COMPANY?!

Pros:

I'm waiting for their reply to my request for a refund. Hopefully, they are not a scammer.

Cons:

They charged me the full yearly amount even though I canceled the trial on the same day I registered. When I asked for a refund, they provided a form stating that they would deduct a 15% processing fee. Is it a scam?

Half-baked, VERY buggy software, exceptionally terrible customer support

Comments: The tool is lackluster, buggy, overall a disappointment but okay whatever I would move on - the ONLY reason I am reviewing this tool at all is because I cancelled before the trial ended, my account was terminated (can no longer login) but AutoDS keeps charging me. When I contacted them about it I got rude customer service that quoted their "policies" as an excuse for fraudulently charging my card after cancellation. When I informed them I had cancelled they continued to be rude, dismissive, and claim my account was still active even though I can't login. This behavior reflects the value they place on their customers. For this reason alone, even if the tool was great, I would NEVER use AutoDS. If you want to place your credit card details into a site that will keep charging after cancellation this is the tool for you.

Pros:

Honestly, there was nothing about this software that stood out or was great. Even other mediocre tools do a better job.

Cons:

Almost every feature is buggy. Most features feel like they are in beta and not ready for the public. Their supposed product research tool is a joke and essentially worthless. Lister builder is okay but lacks in so many ways. It feels like it was made by somebody who has never dropshipped before.

My experiences with Autods

Comments: so far so good. I wish I was making more sales. I also wish that Autods Buyer accounts were tax exempt

They have great customer service reps. I like you can upload products quickly

everything good. Sometimes the software does act up but once you let them know they work on it quickly.

Worse experience ever

Pros:

When it was working it was ok. But after it broke, it was not even able to be used.

Cons:

The absolute worst service imaginable. Firstly the connection randomly stopped from eBay, all my products removed and orders can’t be fulfilled. Ending up having to refund a heap of orders. Their support is useless, they DO NOT CARE. It’s been 2 weeks for them to ‘fix’ the issue and yet it’s still not fixed. All I get is “wait a little longer”. They then just ignore you. Or palm the issues off and say “we’ve escalated it for you”. How many times do you need to escalate it? Ridiculous. Use a different software with capable developers and support team.

Cons:

A little bit more guidance/ advice for setting up the price so that seller can be profitable. Since ebay has its fees, sometimes new seller like myself is unaware of. And would prefer if could link the payment for order with credit card, that would be wonderful
