And still keep taking money. I have to lodge formal complaint against this scam company with bank and fraud agencies. It’s been 2 weeks for them to ‘fix’ the issue and yet it’s still not fixed. All I get is “wait a little longer”. They then just ignore you. Or palm the issues off and say “we’ve escalated it for you”. How many times do you need to escalate it? Ridiculous.
