"My review for Gmail"
Comments: Gmail has been of great help to me be it professionally or otherwise , with gmail I am able to receive any promotional messages from all my subscribed services so I don't miss any opportunities. I use my gmail account as means of communicating at work with my colleagues. It is ultimately the best there is.
Pros: Gmail is a google application for mailing. Gmail is faster and cheap way of sending and receiving emails used by businesses , individuals etc. Gmail offers high storage space and users can access it anywhere as long as there is internet connection. Gmail makes it easy for users to search and organise their emails. It comes with a mobile application , which helps users to conveniently access their mails from any smart device. In addition, gmail is very secured and whenever one sign in to gmail using a different device , gmail quickly notify the user to ensure that they are the one who signed in making it easy to detect any unusual activity on their account. Gmail is my best email application.
Cons: I personally have not found any feature on gmail that I didn't like apart of course from the fact that to send and receive emails ,users need to have a desktop or any smart device with a strong internet connection.

"Gmail for All Your Email Transactions"
Comments: Gmail is doing it all for me when it comes to managing my mails. I also breeze through the process of sending emails since Gmail makes it easy for users to do this with ease. I love that in every update, new features are being added. It's now getting better and better with all the integration of other stuff you need regarding doing email transactions such as getting product updates, Google Calendar scheduling, and linking it with Google Keep.
Pros: Gmail helps me connect with colleagues in work and with my social contacts. I also rely on it for updates on subscriptions, announcements, and other as important information that I must be abreast of. This email service is user-friendly despite it's wide array of functions that pretty much does a lot. In every update, I get a newer and fresher look of the user interface and other features are being added that make the experience with the application more interesting and engaging.
Cons: Gmail already has everything that I need. However, I'd be more at peace if security of user information will be improved. It's not that it's not doing well on it now, but continually making it better is a guarantee that no leak of information will happen since emails contain essential and private information that's exclusive to the account owner.

"Most robust and feature rich email service"
Comments:
1. I find spam functionality very useful, with automatic option for unsubscribing before marking as spam.
2. Snooze emails is a nice feature on top of automatic reminders/follow ups on past emails that Google thinks you might need to be reminded about - amazing.
3. Autofil based on your past emails is also innovative and pushing the whole industry standards forward.
4. Filters, forwarding to other address, compatibility with multiple protocols like POP or exchange are great.
Pros:
Gmail has always been one of the default email choices for the masses with its snappiness and reliability. In recent years, however, it has also added a plethora of features, making many competitors even further behind or obsolete.
1. A Perfect search function is the flagship of this service, nonsurprisingly. Running on Google servers, the search is instantaneous even going through a decade of emails.
2. Security, privacy and storage are amazing and can't compare to anything else on the market.
3. If you need a feature that's not native in Gmail, you can probably find it in one of the alternative clients that serve as an overlay on top of it.
And it's hard to beat free.
Cons: For work purposes somehow outlook still feels more professional with even deeper integrations into calendar, notes and tasks manager.

"Best Email Service by Far!"
Comments: Overall I have had an amazing experience with Gmail and I don't think I would ever be able to switch. The UI is great and it's probably one of the most intuitive products I have ever used.
Pros: Gmail has so many great features that it's hard to choose! One of my favorite (recently added) features is the ability to schedule an email. I sometimes need to send candidates scheduled proficiency tests over the weekend and this feature lets me setup the email during normal business hours. I also love how Gmail often predicts what I would like to write next and allows my to fill in a sentence with one keystroke. It saves me so much time. Gmail integrates seamlessly with the rest of the Gsuite and I also find it to be very intuitive. For example, if I forget to attach something in an email where I wrote "attached below" Gmail will remind me before sending it out which has saved me professional embarrassment.
Cons: I would love to see improvements to the search function. Sometimes when I search for emails from a specific person, some of them will not come up in the search. Sometimes I can't find emails even after typing out the beginning of one word for word.

"Gmail makes life easier."
Comments: And one of the greatest benefits is being able to receive my employees times of work. It makes a lot easier to add up all the times when they're categorized by a person by email and it's awesome it helps it's always accurate and it's spell checks too so that helps out a lot too.
Pros: Everything. Gmail has always been working for me. Anytime I need Gmail it there. It's ready to send my mail Everytime. Also I receive very important emails. And it's always on time as soon as it sent I don't have to wait it's right there Google email has always been number one in my book it helps with my employees and contacting me when my phone is out Gmail all in all makes life easier and it's wonderful I recommend it to anybody.
Cons: There's nothing I can really say about Gmail that's not pleasant. The only thing I can think of is if there was a way to just have just a Gmail device. that would be awesome just to have a single device just for Gmail and Google services

"Gmail is the best mailing option"
Comments: I am a Gmail user since 2011, I enjoy it so much because all my files are in the Drive cloud and I can send them easily and share them with my team and coworkers. I like to have everything on Google so using Gmail is the best option for me.
Pros: I love the accessibility that Gmail provides to all the Google products. I like using gmail so I can have a side panel with my keep notes, calendar and tasks, is great that I can schedule a reminder or set a task that is linked to a mail that way I keep everything on time.
Cons: I really cant find any cons about Gmail, I used to have some plugins to schedule the emails for next morning when working late but now it is also integrated so I think Gmail is absolutely great.

"Gmail replaced old paper mail to new electronic mails."
Comments: over all i'm using gmail since its launched. I was the only person at my native place in india who knows computer and can write and read emails. those days still computer or internet did not reached at my native also international calling was so expensive those days but yes that old days most of the home at my native had and telephone. so peoples from native calls me and ask me for their dear ones email received or not who works in abroad. and i was like a postman for them because they are getting immediate so called letters on my computer in the form of Gmail letters. They were so much happy and blessed Gmail and me for this free service.
Pros:
Gmail Is a just user friendly email system and navigation on any platform is as easy as reading old days envelops letters when paper letters get delivered. No need of any software knowledge to run email system.
Gmail comes with a huge combo pack its relates so many other apps. most important is google email forum.
it connects my friends in a form of group emails. we can share our ideas, plans, business deals and some fun too. its awesome. its integrated with some most useful apps, different types of attachments we can share even now we can have three to four different segregated groups to ease of business like social media, promotional emails, and forum and so on. there is so much to write about gmail.
Cons: I don't remembered any cons because gmail till date never gave me any trouble.

"Eric's Review of Gmail"
Comments: I like using gmail because its a high quality email service that I have been using June 2009.
Pros: What I most like about Gmail is the fact that it is easy to log into. Also, if you have a Gmail account you can also use other Google services such as Youtube and Google Docs. You do not have to to make another account to access other Google services. Gmail is free and a great part about is that you can be logged into multiple accounts as once so you don't have to log out of one account to log into another account. I also like the fact the Gmail organizes your emails into different categories so you can have your emails separated into different categories so your emails don't come to you in an unorganized fashion. I also like the fact that you can change the background of your screen and make it tailored to your own aesthetic that you like.
Cons: I'm pretty satisfied with gmail in terms of what is good about it. A con of gmail is that the basic google account only lets you have 15 gigabytes of free data and after that you have to pay for it. Also what is bad about Gmail is that if you are logged into multiple Google accounts and want to log out. You have to log out of all your accounts although you only want to not log out of all your Google accounts. Other than those two cons I don't really see any other cons with using gmail.

"Gmail for Non-Profit"
Comments: Overall Gmail is a great tool for us and we are happy to have moved to it. The ease of collaboration with other Google Workspace tools makes Gmail all the better.
Pros: Gmail is easy to use, and has many features that made switching from Office 365 and Outlook easy. It is accessible which allows my visually impaired colleagues to use it just as well as our sighted colleagues. The big non-profit discount provided by Google also makes this a very attractive offer.
Cons: We believe that Gmail filters are fairly basic in their functionality at this time. We would like to see more features added to allow for further customization.

"Gmail is the ONLY Email that you Need"
Comments: Overall I have had the BEST experience using Gmail. I would always prefer using Gmail as my primary email account. I have a work Gmail as well as personal email and ie not had any issues whatsoever. It was super easy to set up, and Google knows what its doing to keep the customers happy. The organization and separate categories have made using emails convenient, and the different styles and themes have made the layout fun. The fact that Google has all of its apps connected give Gmail an advantage over all other emails.
Pros: Gmail is easily the greatest product Google created outside of its search engine. It's free, it's convenient, it's robust, and its by far the most secure service that I have used. Even when my email account has been put on spam lists, Gmail has the best spam filters that keep my inbox secure and I don't even get to see the spam. Not only that my actual information has never been stolen.
Cons: The only downside is that its 2021 and I cannot send attachments larger than 25 megabytes. While the email will automatically attach large files using Google drive, that does take up account space. It would be nice to be able to send attachments that are much larger, and that it didn't have a limited amount of storage space.

"Is there really any other email hosting service?"
Comments: I have never had an issues with google that the support team couldn't resolve. They are always fast and most of the time it ends up being a computer or a work environment issue, but they are still always willing to help and figure out the problem together so I can get back to normal. I have never had any technical issues with my personal Gmail account though. Super stable. I love that gmail is recognized by all other email apps on multiple phones, and computer software so it is just so easy to get up and working quickly on any device.
Pros: Its free for basic account creation. For G-suite use makes it so easy to host your domain emails. Easy to use, login, and links with so many other software and systems out there. The price is right for both free and paid uses. The support from google is always top notch. I never have any problems with getting answers to my questions in a timely manner. I use this for my personal account, I use it for my small business, and I use it for the school system for all our students to have district email accounts. Easy to use and wonderful.
Cons: I honestly can't say there is anything I do not like about this software. It links with everything and is pretty easy and straight forward to use. I do not know how it could get better.

"Excellent for Personal and Work Email"
Comments: We have realized that it has given us, to this point, every advantage while we are currently going through a worldwide crisis and we have not felt disconnected from our jobs because Google has made it easy.
Pros:
The company that I work for gave all of its employees a google email that makes communication a breeze and I was able to download it on my phone and sync it with my personal email which has been super helpful in answering messages that need my attention. I have loved using google and hope they continue to offer many more features that enhances my personal and work life.
The Google Hangouts feature has been a lifesaver for work because we have been able to keep in contact by setting meetings and keep the safety and privacy for outsiders which we have heard from another platform, which is not an issue using google. We also have been able to use this to see each other face-to-face and through phone based on people's location.
Cons: One feature that could be improved is to have the option to separate them and integrate your emails easily with the click of a button. I currently have them synced but depending of my needs I would like to have access to do and undo this feature when I want to decompress from work and not see those emails.

"Simple to utilize and oversee"
Comments: In general I'd prescribe Gmail to any business, enormous or little.
Pros: Gmail is not difficult to utilize, simple to set up, and simple to regulate. As accepted head of IT for my organization I value that I invest in a real sense zero energy considering our organization email - I simply add a client each time another person joins and everything "simply works". What's more, I've never heard any clients grumble about utilizing Gmail versus other driving corporate email arrangements.
Cons: Setting up bunch email addresses is befuddling and strange, since in run of the mill Google style it appears to join two separate items, one of which (Google Groups) was intended for the web around 2003. Likewise with most Google items, "documentation" comprises of a few irregular one-page articles that regularly incorporate reference to censured highlights, roundabout connections (article An advises you to go to article B for more data on activity X, and article B advises you to go to article A for more data on activity X), responses to extremely limit support addresses that aren't really "documentation" yet are in any case promoted accordingly, etc. Fortunately it's generally so natural to utilize that you infrequently need to look for help in the archives. Lamentably, when you do need to go to the records you're probably going to go through an hour looking around prior to surrendering and scanning the web for an outsider data source.

"Feature-packed email service"
Comments: My overall experience with Gmail (both paid and free versions) have been excellent! This email service has met my needs, in terms of security, organization of emails, and accuracy and speed of its search function.
Pros: I use both the free and paid versions of the Gmail email service - the free version for my personal use and the paid version for my consulting business. The user interface is clean and intuitive and organizing my emails is a breeze. The search function is great - I use almost daily. For the paid version of Gmail, I am able to use Gmail to send emails from various email addresses with different domain names - this function not only saves cost, but also makes it very convenient for me. I also appreciate the Evernote add-on for the paid version of Gmail.
Cons: I cannot think of any feature that is missing in Gmail. However, when I first signed up for a trial of the paid Gmail service, I linked that trial account with an email address with a custom domain name. I found it impossible to unlink that email address (or domain name) at the end of the trial period and even after the trial period, which was annoying. My work-around was to link the same Gmail account with another (secondary and temporary) domain name and then unlink the original email address (and its associated domain name).

"An Oldie but still staying srong"
Comments: Overall I'm hooked and use it daily. It also has a better connotation to give someone your gmail address as a personal address over yahoo or aol.
Pros: The best part of this app is the reliability, spam filters, and ability to utilize SMTP access. The automated inboxes are a plus as in other programs you can pull your hair out trying to organize rules and folders. It took a little training to Gmail to understand the difference between social, promotions, and updates but it picked up really fast.
Cons: Not robust. If you need things like rules you will need to utilize programs like Outlook. Also privacy. This is google, so if you like recommendations and it to guess (pretty accurately) what you are looking for in your next Google search then it's great. If you are not a fan of a company keeping track of every purchase made via emails (you can see a list of every product you've ever received a email receipt for in security settings).

"Gmail - the good and the bad"
Comments: My overall experience with Gmail has been positive.
Pros: As you send and receive email messages, they are organized and grouped by subject. This can help users find similar info and that can be very helpful. Keeping track of conversations is much easier with the Gmail system than any other email system I have used. I also appreciate that Gmail is respected enough in the business world that I can use my Gmail address and not be labeled unprofessional. Google Drive is a click away when I am checking my mailbox. I have just started to use Google Drive daily because I am now working from home. As a teacher, this has become an invaluable tool.
Cons:
It was hard to get used to the email's organizational system and the collapsible vertical thread at first.
I also am still not sure about using "labels" instead of folders.

"Gmail Review"
Comments: I am communicating through large groups of people through gmail and they make it quite easy. My favorite part about gmail is its ability to schedule emails to be sent at certain times. I only spend so much time in the office and most of my time giving lessons, so the ability to send emails when I'm not in front of the computer is amazing.
Pros: The features of Gmail, specifically abilities to star or mark important emails make the software very user friendly. Many of the functions are easy to use and there are multiple ways to perform each task. I tend to distribute videos and large powerpoints or spreadsheets through gmail and there has never been a problem attaching media or other links to my emails.
Cons: Integration with my existing business was fairly easy, however, there are some features that I wish gmail would fix up. Security is obviously a large priority yet I tend to miss out on some emails from new possible clients or employees because their emails get sent to spam. This is a con of gmail and I take fault for missing clients and not being able to find their emails as soon as possible.

"A great product to use!"
Comments: Overall, Gmail is a good product to use. I've used MSN, Yahoo, Excite (back when it was a thing), outlook, and even a few others both for job places and personal. Gmail is by far the easiest to use with the most user-friendly options. You rarely run into issues and even more rare is server problems on Gmail's side. I've used gmail since 2004ish (back when you had to be invited to create an account). It's gone through a lot of improvements, some "what the heck's?" (to be expected with a growing company), and it's smoothed out into a great product. Gmail offers a lot of options, is easy to use, and is widely compatible with a lot of apps, software, and email clients. It works with the Google Drive seamlessly and is very user friendly.
Pros: Gmail has a lot of great features. You can search fairly easily (and it will tell if there's matches in spam or the trash), you can label emails or place them in folders (or both). You can easily move emails from one place to another or do mass-deletes. Filters are easy to set up and work pretty well without worry. Forwarding is a breeze to use and rarely messes-up. You can add a signature without a lot of problems and change it as needed. It's compatible with the majority of email clients available, also. You also have the choice of themes or adding your own background, which is a nifty and fun feature to keep things from being boring if you're using email frequently during the day. You can also add files to an email easily and if it exceeds the size restrictions, it will just put it on your google drive folder and send a link. Quick, easy, and no fussing or changing between apps/programs/websites involved!
Cons: Sometimes an email will get sent to the trash and you won't know until you either search for it or contact the sender and find out it was sent. I have had problems changing my avatar and finding out how to get it to change has proven fruitless. (Support there isn't the greatest.) Maybe it's just the one account, because I have other gmail accounts and have changed avatars without problems. So your mileage may vary. Support for gmail is hit or miss. Sometimes you get useful help, other times you're stuck search the internet for answers. Even then, you may not find the answers and either have to give up or keep poking around until you get the problem resolved. Thankfully, I haven't encountered a lot of problems and I've been using gmail since 2004ish. Back when the only way you could get a gmail account was by an invitation only.

"Strong email platform with exceptional integrations"
Comments: find GMAIL to be overwhelmingly easy to use, well designed and thoughtful. It's an excellent mail client and I've been very happy. I also like the the suite of programs that are all available - for free- when you open a gmail account. They all work really easily together.
Pros: The best feature is the fact that GMAIL is overwhelmingly easy to use, both as a standalone email client and as a full suite of programs that are all available - for free- when you open a Gmail account. They all work really easily together. I didn't anticipate using Google Drive when I began using GMAIL, but soon, I couldn't remember a time when I didn't utilize it. All in all, the software is very well designed, user friendly, and intuitive.
Cons:
One area where I think Google could improve GMAIL is with the functionality for Label and Move. Many times, I have carefully selected dozens (or even hundreds) of individual emails, and then attempted to Move them to a folder, only to realize I've selected Label instead. At this point, all emails have been (incorrectly) labeled, and worse, all have now been deselected.
At this point, I have to go back through and re-select the emails one by one, unlabeled them, then select them all again, one by one and move them to the folder.
I can't be the only person who has struggled with this, can I?

"Reason of using Gmail"
Comments: I am regular user of Gmail and it became one of the most important in my communication with team members and business. Mentioned above pros and cons are experienced by my own, so it would be more better if all of them are review and improve. One of most sad part of Gmail is we can not get back our account if we forget our password. I am really upset with Gmail on this part. Even I use my own phone number, email I was not able to get back. I got code on my Phone, code on email but at last it says "Google couldn't verify this account belongs to you". I have tried to get back my account many times, even I contact customer support but it did not work. There may be many users like me and They are all looking and waiting to improve this issue.
Pros:
Gmail is one of the best email service which is free to use. Apart from this some good side of Gmail are given below:
- Perfect platform for Individual, group, any kind of business and Organization.
- Well manage structure (Inbox, Sent, Starred and etc. )
- Many features and services ( google meet, google drive, google sheets, google docs and etc)
- Features of audio, video call and screen sharing
Cons:
All though Gmail is popular and Very helpful for user, still Gmail has some draw back. It would be more better if listed below points are review and improve:
- It would be better if there was customer support in every nation (should have service for person to
person)
- Account could not verify (if in case forget password can not get back account even if we use own
information)
- Can not send large file
- Can not send message if receiver's storage is full. (In some cases there might be only way to
communicate. Such kind of features won't be able to connect)
- Little bit confusing to use for the first time

"Nothing better than Gmail"
Comments: Gmail is the best email service that anyone can have. All the associate service and integration that can be done with Gmail like Google Docs or Google Meet has help me to have more power and control to help managing my daily task better.
Pros: No email hosting software has do the job that Gmail has done. Managing email, auto sign-up for website, access to Google Suite and many more can be done with Gmail account. Gmail also can be upgraded to business account, which i can have my own domain email and using Gmail email hosting service to managing all the incoming email.
Cons: Getting a customer support service from Google is not as easy as it should be. I need to email them and wait for several days for them to finally response to my email, and no option to connect to the support service by phone for my country.

"GMAIL - the best email service there is!"
Comments: I love Gmail and highly recommend it to anyone who needs to communicate via email for work. Gmail continues to expand with new options for ease and convenience. Gmail is one-stop place for most of my work necessities. It's great for storing information and documents, creating documents in Word, organizing your life with Google Calendar, easily attaching documents with Drive, and helping me create market reports with Google Spreadsheet. Bravo!
Pros: I love Gmail because it is so user-friendly and helps me to organize all of my business emails. I use Gmail every day and all of its other extensions such as Drive, Word, Google Chat, and Business. There are so many settings that allow me to filter, organize and keep my inbox functional and clean. I'm a real estate agent and between my Gmail on my desktop or laptop and on my phone, I'm able to quickly respond and communicate with my clients. I can easily customize my email signature, set away email responses, filter my emails and spam, and keep my calendar organized. I remember back in the day when you had to be invited to use Gmail and I love how Gmail has evolved over the years to be the most dependable and functional email program to use on all platforms. There are also levels of security which I highly appreciate to keep my email from being hacked. Gmail has made my life much more convenient and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to use an email system especially for work/business.
Cons: The amount of space for my email. I need more space! My email gets blown up on the daily. That's my only complaint otherwise, Gmail has made my business communication experience exceptional. The only other extension I think Gmail would add to their business side is a PDF editor!

"My First and favorite Email Provider, Professional works makes easier."
Comments: From the beginning of professional career , i was using Gmail as my primary email for personal & professional use. Unlike other email provider Gmail simplified emailing, protect my valuable data. Continuously they update their security measure. That makes our life easier. Besides we can use Google related product by owning single Gmail account.
Pros: User friendly interface, easier integration with 3rd party software , makes our job easier. In general, Gmail has simplified Emailing, With so many other applications available inside the Google universe, it makes sense to use Gmail in order to take advantage of all of those other apps. Sending and receiving email is easier than other similar platform. I can use filter and get my desired data. They continuously updated their support and security system.
Cons: I did not find that major kind of cons for Gmail, But the disadvantages of this app include the difficulty in locating items such as the garbage, and after a while, I was unable to send or receive any additional emails.

"Gmail is the BEST!!!"
Comments: I use Gmail for personal as well as business-related correspondences.
Pros: Easiest email service provider there is. I have switch back to Gmail from Outlook, Yahoo, and many other providers.
Cons: Love Gmail so I really honestly have nothing much to say that is bad. I've gotta play with the message filters a bit more to control my spam emails a bit better.

"Best Web-Based Email Client"
Comments: I have loved Gmail overall. It is well-integrated into the Google collaboration suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.). The service has excellent security features, great spam detection, and is free to use, as long as you are willing to see some fairly non-obtrusive ads.
Pros:
The best feature of Gmail is undoubtedly the search. Google-powered search results inside your inbox add a ton of value. I use Gmail for personal use, used it as a student, and have purchased it for our family's non-profit. My current employer uses Outlook and O365. If you want to look for anything - an attachment, an email with a particular subject, you are all set in Gmail. In Outlook - good luck finding anything. And it will give you the garbage results after a significant wait.
Gmail can also keep you organized if you allow integration with Google's assistant and other services (calendar, meet, voice, etc).
Cons: This is not really a con, but it's not Gmail's strength: the service is not meant for use offline. You can add it to Outlook, but you'll lose most of it's online features. Online, you don't get things like mail-merge, or... as it may be obvious, offline access to your messages. I am almost always online, and my recent messages are downloaded to the mobile client.
