The software's interface is very easy to use and it really supports my daily practice. Connecting with new patients is simple not only for me, but it is effortless for the patients too.

Cons:

Sometimes, not all notifications are immediately visible but if they are delayed for some reason: you receive an e-mail to inform there are actions pending in relation to your patients.

Comments: I am satisfied with the opportunity to help patients via internet, i.e. this is a variety of telemedicine as I use also photographic information about the patient problems.

Pros:

It makes easier the patents to connect a doctor, to be diagnosed and to receive prescribed medication.

Cons:

Sometimes patients misappropriate the opportunity for connection with the doctor and continue asking numerous questions on various problems, besides the intial one.

Comments: It is possible to determine adequate treatment, albeit the distance and to follow the patient's condition.

Pros:

Getting started with Healee is very fast and hassle free. The platform is intuitive and extremely easy to use. It supports the relationship with the patient and attracts new patients.

Cons:

Patients should be warned to have more patience for subsequent consultations.

Exellent project, program and support

Comments: Last month I have a near 15 consultations here and every one is very successfull for peoples. I realy treat peoples from my phone!

Pros:

It is extremelly easy to use from doctors as me and from my patients. I start working with healee program quick after starting registration. Patients who speak bulgarian and want help from bulgarian doctor all over the world may connect with me very easy and in every moment. It s cheap for them and very, very beneficial. Software is exellent. I instal program on my phone. When people connect with me, phone beeps and without any delays I start my consultations. I am surprised how usefull and beneficial is this online medical practice for patients. I make a lot of successfull work! I realy treat peoples cheap, successfully and in very fun and joyable manner. There is possibilities to chat with them, or record voice or send photos, videos or speak. This is an revolution in medical practice! Your product give me possibilities to treat a lot of people all around the world from my phone! Sometimes I treat peoples when walking in mountines, or lying on my sofa and this is amazing. Congratulation for this amazing project and product!

Cons:

There are not any cons. Maybe sometimes talks are not in high quality, but this is not from you, this depends from internet speed. Peoples are satisfied from me and product, because in every moment they have a possibility to ask me in program. They feel secured and with good support from me and Heely.

Healee helps me optimize patient-to-physician contact when out of the office

Pros:

Starting to use Healee was extremely easy and intuitive! My experience started just at the right moment when visiting patients in the office was somehow restricted due to the pandemic situation. Healee helps me to be in touch with my patients, and I can easily perform follow up visits as to sustain better adherence to therapy but also is an excellent means to reach out for an initial contact with new patients who cannot easily get access to the hospital. The application feels like an interactive game where you can organize all information for your patients per diagnosis and groups, and you can promptly give your patients advise in an organized and user-friendly manner.

Cons:

Comments: Very positive experience and would recommend it.

Pros:

The software is quite easy to use even for people with minor communication skills. It gives my patients a chance to contact me in a comfortable for them way, and benefit from high quality medical service.

Cons:

That you cannot slide through multiple pictures and you have to close and open each one separately.

Comments: I can be connecting in all time with my patients. Furthermore, I can give them important advice when they are hindered to come in my dental office or extraordinary situations, like the situation in which we are at the moment all over the word.

Comments: Healee has helped me a lot to be able to continue to consult my patients esp.durjng the Covid 19 lockdown.On top of that,I was able to start the app.very quickly.I started consulting patients a few hours after registering

Why do you need to use Healee?

Comments: Another positive thing about the software is that patients don't have an access to your personal phone number!

Pros:

I started using Healee as soon as I became a pediatrician. In the beginning, I thought it would not be suitable for me as I didn't have enough practice. However, I was wrong! This software is so easy to use for both the patient and the doctor that patients prefer using it even instead if coming to the hospital (where I work) for consultation! Of course, I do not include the emergency cases, when it is obligatory to see a doctor! It saves time, because it is not necessary for the patient to wait for days or even months in order to see the the doctor they want to! I highly recommend it to all my colleagues!

Cons:

So far, I haven't encountered any problems using the software.

Comments: It made my connection to the patients a lot easier. It is very easy to get in touch with them. Healee allows me to send my patients' prescriptions fast and easily to them

Pros:

Its accessibility and simplicity. In those times of a pandemic it made everything easier for me, I managed to deal with almost all my professional tasks thanks to it

Cons:

The installation on PC should be easier. I have bumped into some problems while trying to installing it and finally I still couldn't manage to do it

Strongly recommend!

Pros:

Very useful application, allows working from distance.Easy to use, very intuitive.

Cons:

There isn’t any important cons of Healee, so I could strongly recommend it!Of course, nothing is like the real face to face contact with the patient, which allows physical examination and doing procedures, but Healee is an ideal accessory option for every medical specialist who wants to be in touch with his patients despite of distances and other limitations!

I like most in this software that it is quite intuitive.

Cons:

I would add just one more thing in this direction: it would be better when I place, for example, the cursor on the "paper clip" - to appear an inscription - "Attach", on the "plus" (+) - to appear the inscription "add this and this..."
